-
Tax Consultation
You have IRS letters and no idea which one matters. A consultation sorts out what you owe, what the IRS can do next and which options fit.
Settle or pay over time
-
Tax Resolution & Settlement
You owe the IRS more than you can pay this month. We work out whether a payment plan, a settlement, a hardship hold or penalty relief fits, then deal with the IRS for you.
-
Wage Garnishment Relief
The IRS is taking part of your paycheck, or has warned that it will. We move to get the levy released by setting up an arrangement the IRS has to honor.
-
Offer in Compromise
You may qualify to settle your IRS debt for less than the full amount. We check your numbers against the IRS rules first, then prepare and argue the offer.
Defend and catch up
-
Audit Representation
You got an IRS audit letter. We answer the examiner for you, organize the records they ask for and stay with the case through the end of the audit.
-
Unfiled Tax Returns
You have one or more years you never filed. We pull your IRS income records, prepare the missing returns and get you current so the rest of your options open up.
Where we work
The office is at 12440 Emily Ct Ste 303-A, Sugar Land, TX 77478, open Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. IRS problems are federal, so the services above work the same for clients across the Houston area, and the consultation can be a virtual call if you would rather not drive.
Not sure which service fits? Compare the IRS programs side by side on our relief options page, or look up the letter you received on IRS notices explained.
Frequently asked questions
Which service do I need?
If you are not sure, start with the free tax consultation. The right service depends on which notices you have, whether every return is filed and what you can afford to pay each month.
Can one case use more than one service?
Often, yes. Someone with missing years needs those returns filed first, because the online payment plan and an Offer in Compromise both require it, and then a payment plan or an Offer in Compromise for the balance. We plan the order with you at the start.
Do you work with businesses as well as individuals?
Yes. The firm works with individuals and business owners on IRS and state tax problems, including audits, unfiled returns and tax debt.
Do I have to come to the Sugar Land office?
No. You can book a virtual consultation or call the office. The office is at 12440 Emily Ct in Sugar Land.
